The goal
Design the interior of a newly constructed 3,000 sq. ft. home, including
finishes, fixtures and furniture. Blend beauty and function within a casual
lifestyle and the wear and tear of large dogs.
Some highlights
Taking cues from the architecture, our concept sought to communicate the
warmth of traditional lodge styling, but with pared back detailing to
lend a more contemporary feel.
Abundant texture and substantial furnishings balance
the weight of beams supporting a vaulted ceiling and an immense stone
hearth. A dark green ceiling keeps soaring height from feeling cold.
A custom designed dining table maximizes legroom in
a tight space.
