ENTRY

The goal

Bring function, warmth and historically appropriate character to a completely blank entry space in an early 20th century home.

Some highlights

Painted paneling was designed as a backdrop for a bench, radiator housing and shelf. A space with no creature comforts now provides a place to put your shoes on, storage and a spot to lay your keys or a package as you enter.

Paneling matches the rest of the house in style and color, small mosaic floor tiles echo what was there long ago, and warm color welcomes you home.
