The goal

Design a furniture scheme that has the mass to anchor a two story room and provide human scale. Support casually entertaining and daily activities including television viewing, sitting fireside, playing games and taking in the views.

Some highlights

Wood and metal finishes, smooth and rough textures and the soft earthy color palette combined with the clean sculptural quality of the furnishings allow the room to feel homey but refined. .The chunky massing and textures of the furnishings bring a cozy, casual feeling to a soaring space. Fun pillow fabrics add emphasis and a pop of color.
